The room was entirely different from the picture. The shower had a broken door, we asked to have a shower curtain. The kitchen utensils are outdated and requires fixing. The bathroom mirror broken, the ironing board burnt. There were roaches in the unit.

Maybe improve room design it is too plain, add extension outlets or wire, bed is vibrating due to aircon but overall good

It’s clean, walking distance to MOA, hair dryer is prepared, there’s a washing machine if needed, and the area is spacious.

Nothing. As a matter of fact, this is my second booking for the same property.

It’s very affordable considering its location. It’s very near Mall of Asia and Terminals. Going to and fro from the airport via NAIAX only takes 10-15 mins. Room is clean and the appliances work well.

I don’t like that there is an additional payment for pool use since it’s already included with the condo dues that the property owners pay. Aircon is not that cool even if we tried taking the temp low to 16 degrees.

It was a good and amazing stay. Staff were accommodating. Room was clean. Bathroom was on the small side. But overall, I want to book it again.

We didn't have a balcony. But it was a good stay nonetheless.

Saw some cockroaches in the unit especially inside the CR/bathroom. Good thing insect killer spray is provided.Lastly, the shower curtain is very disgusting. It is so dirty.

It was my second time in condo R Us, the place is near to mall of Asia just walking distance and safe place to stay . The one who assisted me she so kind, I was not able to get her name. The place was very clean , smells so good . No insects around which I like the most. You can cook and wash your clothes they have automatic washing machine. I would highly recommend CONDO R Us.I will surely book again for my next vacation next year. ♥️♥️♥️

I booked this because it is close to my meeting place. Cockroaches are running around during our stay, which is very disgusting. I will not recommend this place or book again.

The quality of service is bad. The low quality of the sofa is terrible, I hope the homeowner tried to sit on it and lay down to feel how bad it is to sleep on it. When I called the homeowner. she said the office timing. Meaning, that if you arrive late she is not available. I booked for 3 people but they prepared for 2 people (no extra in everything). She told me that she informed the security guard about our check-in procedure, but the security guard didn't have idea, especially the 1,000 security deposit which is not allowed in the lobby. Cockroach running around.

The young Sir who gave me my room tour, ask me for 3000 pesos security deposit and when I checked out they would only give me 2000 pesos back! I left to room clean. And also there were roaches crawling in the bathroom. I will never use them again!!

The unit itself is nice. It has everything, from cooking appliances to washing machine. Spacious, clean, nice view, comfy, walking distance from SM. Ericsson and MJ were accommodating when we were there.

We called the staff and they asked us to pay since according to them, they have no way of verifying that the key was handled properly, (as if we wanted to be intentionally inconvenienced. It was past 10pm and we had long hours of travel before that.) They said, it was the first time that a key got broken and regardless of how hard we tried to tell them that it's unfair especially that the key might have undergone the typical wear and tear, they insisted that we're responsible for what happened. It's neither our fault nor the staff's but they completely blamed it on us, totally washing their hands off from any accountability.

There are no pre-assigned rooms. You will only know what unit and tower you’re staying few hours before your check in. In my case, the unit assigned to me is not the same as the photos provided in this listing. The bathroom tiles have some molds too. Some of the plates and cutlery are not clean.

I sent a message to the booking.com for a possibility that we will be given a room with the view of the mall of asia.. the request was conveyed/sent twice but we did not receive a response.. when we arrived and asked the staff, she answered that there was no available room that we requested.. it was alright but we could have been informed beforehand or the management could have informed us when we sent the request

The location is perfect, the unit was nice and clean.

Feels like home and we can cook our own food!

Need to provide dishwashing soap and not sure about the cleanliness of the provided sponge. We saw few little coachroach at the bath room too.

I like the place situated within the city, the room is clean and the host and staffs are very accommodating.
